Jacqueline Obradors, an American actress best known in her role in the role of the character Detective Rita Ortiz in the ABC crime drama , 'NYPD Blue.' She has also guest-starred in numerous TV series like 'Diagnosis Murder', 'The John Larroquette Show', 'L.A. Doctors and 'Cold Case', 'The Glades', 'Young Justice: Invasion' and 'Mayans the MC' to mention a few.
