Anna Silk is a Fredericton resident, and is the daughter of Peter Silk, who was an academic. Her mother, Ilkay Silk, had numerous skills, such as being able to act, direct, produce, write plays as well as teach and serve as director of drama at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk's father is British and her mother is an Turkish Cypriot English expat. She remembers watching her mother working in rehearsals for plays. As a young girl, she appeared in commercials of various kinds. Anna relocated to Toronto for her acting to improve. The actress later was able to move to Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They became engaged in 2009 after getting married. Anna became a Jew in 2011 after converting to Judaism. They were married civilly in December of that year and then renewed their vows during the Jewish ceremony held in Fredericton the month of April in 2011. Bo and Lauren's relationship (played Zoie Palmer by Bo) appears in CNN's top TV couple list. They were also named by E! as the top couple on TV in the year 2013. Entertainment Television.
