Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. Her childhood was filled with dreams of great heights. Her greatest roles are the film about spying, Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the thriller Precious. Her birthplace was in a family of middle class living in Los Angeles and had big hopes for the future. The mother of her children was a film buff and instilled an interest in films in the young girl. Paula took part in numerous co-curricular activities in school, but she had a particular interest in dramatics. She was a member of her class and was a part of the school productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School provided her with numerous opportunities to be an actor throughout her schooling and she decided to pursue acting as a career. She went to an acting program at the University of Southern California for an intensive summer program and was enthralled by the experience. She was given a three month project to create documentary films for PBS. Following the successful completion of the task, she began becoming a production assistant for TV documentaries. In the following years, she transitioned to produce documentaries. She loved her work but was determined to pursue a career as an actor. Her acting career began with a minor role alongside Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. In the years since, she has appeared in a number of famous television and film productions.
